At Prabhat, we deliver panels within stipulated period of time to large and complex projects with high efficiency. All products are custom-designed, modular, and value-engineered, combining utility, quality, and economy. Panels are manufactured using panel-grade CRCA steel, argon welding, and 7-tank surface pre-treatment followed by powder coating.

Our unit spans over 6,000 sq. ft. in a multi-storeyed industrial structure equipped with advanced fabrication systems including CNC press brake and CNC shearing machines. The facility supports modular manufacturing, precision fabrication, and high-volume production with consistent quality standards.

Design & Engineering

All designs integrate utility, durability, and economy, based on decades of execution feedback. We heavily emphasize security benchmarks alongside maintenance access engineering paths.

  • Custom-built modular panel design based on detailed site assessment.
  • Design considering ambient temperature, dust, moisture, and indoor/outdoor applications.
  • Busbar sizing and structural design based on system fault levels (kA).
  • Emphasis on ease of maintenance, safety, and value engineering.

Fabrication & Surface Treatment

  • Fabrication using branded panel-grade CRCA sheets (1.6 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm).
  • CNC-based shearing and bending operations.
  • Argon welding for structural integrity.
  • 7-tank pre-treatment process prior to powder coating.
  • Standard RAL 7032 (Siemens Grey) or customized shades.

Assembly & Busbar System

  • Electrolytic grade aluminium or copper busbars.
  • FRP supports and phase identification as per IS 375.
  • Independent cable alleys and busbar chambers with FRP shrouding.
  • ISMC base frames for structural rigidity.
  • Proper labelling, concealed hinges, and safety-focused internal layout.

Quality Control, Sourcing & Certification

Our dedicated engineering team monitors quality from fabrication to dispatch. We execute strict validation steps across every production cycle milestone.

Routine Tests Include:

  • HV Testing at 2.5 KV for 60 seconds.
  • Insulation Resistance Testing using 1000V Megger.
  • Primary Injection Testing.
  • Operational testing with 3-phase supply.
  • Resistive load testing (Single & 3 Phase).

Type Testing: PCC & MCC panels type-tested at CPRI, Bhopal for 50kA rms short-circuit withstand and heat-run tests. Bus ducts and feeder pillars tested for IP55 outdoor protection.

Third Party Inspection: Third-party inspection and certification are arranged upon client request to ensure transparency and compliance.
